Agree the boundaries
Document supplier terms, regions, retention behavior, model capabilities, and commercial permissions. Separate inference supply from any optional data license.
Help build a gateway where compatibility, policy, health, and cost determine the route—and suppliers can understand how they are evaluated.
Published inputs. Conformance before rollout. Planned supplier-specific reporting.
The proposed supplier workflow combines commercial permissions with technical validation. Each stage has a clear purpose before production traffic is enabled.

Validate streaming, tool calls, caching, error mapping, and usage reporting with a conformance suite. Share the report and resolve gaps before a ramp.
Start with synthetic validation, then a controlled canary where authorized. Observe health, latency, throughput, and request accounting against release criteria.
Maintain effective-dated prices, capacity limits, and incident controls. Reconcile statements to usage and propagate model lifecycle changes.
The routing design first decides whether an endpoint is eligible. Only then does it compare eligible routes using published scoring inputs.

Disclosed commercial inputs in the cost model
A provider may be interested in both. The consent, access, and commercial boundaries still need to remain separate.
The proposed supplier workspace exposes your own usage, health, endpoints, and statements. It does not expose competitors’ traffic or pricing.
Any data-back arrangement requires its own permission chain and license. Serving a request does not automatically authorize buying or reusing its session record.
Price changes, model additions, deprecations, and route eligibility are designed to be versioned and reviewed, with clear notice to affected users.
This preview makes no claim of an existing vendor partnership, production supplier agreement, or available model inventory. We welcome conversations with model providers and inference platforms.
The planned process covers streaming, tool use, usage accuracy, caching, error semantics, and operational behavior. Requirements depend on the protocol and advertised capabilities. Production support will follow a documented test report.
The design calls for published routing inputs and no undisclosed pay-for-placement. Any commercial adjustment that affects cost ranking must be represented in the disclosed cost model, while customer policy and eligibility remain hard constraints.
